Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Foam
This durable foam material uses EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) with crosslinking treatment. It is all the more flexible than products without crosslinking treatment and is not crushed (compression permanent set) when compressed; it is ideal for the interior of returnable boxes that are used over a long time.
The EVA foam also has chemically very stable structure and hardly degrades on the surface even when it has been used outdoors for a long time. In addition to its flexibility and high water repellency in low-temperature environments, the EVA foam has top-level versatility as a fixing, packaging, or buffer material that is used under severe conditions. As shown in the figure, its process capacity is good, and the cross section is beautiful after the material is molded by cutting, slicing, or pressing, earning extremely high evaluation as the internal material of a case for high-grade equipment.
