In 1958, a Japanese headquarter was established west of Tokyo named Oizuru Co., Ltd. with Mr. Tatsuma Oizuru as the founder. He started by using a part of his house as a workshop to develop and sell many types of products, such as rubber product processing and steering wheel covers, etc.
In 1968, Asahi Kasei Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of Suntec Foam (Foam with high cushioning support), gave Oizuru Co., Ltd. the opportunity to become a Suntec Foam processing factory, since then it has produced products which are used for packaging in the Electronic Part industry.
In year 1992, Mr. Osamu Oizuru took over as the second generation president until now.
In year 2002, he decided to expand the business base abroad by choosing Thailand as the production base as the trend of expanding customer base abroad.
In year 2002, with the long experience in packaging of the parent company in Japan, Mr. Osamu Oizuru, Chairman of the Board of Directors, introduced know-how to work about packaging business from the parent company in Japan to Thailand by establishing Oizuru (Thailand) Co., Ltd. with the objective of producing packaging products. Later on, to become a One stop service for packaging products, Oizuru Chugen Packaging System Co., Ltd., was founded as a company for selling and purchasing concept for the packaging products.
In April 2003, the factory at Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, Phase 4 was completed , so the office was moved from Bangkok.
In year 2004 - 2012, since the end of 2003, started with the Auto Part industry customer group and later expanded to the Electronics Part customer group because we focused on the needs of our customers, determined to solve problems, and found a packaging solution until continuously gaining increased trust from customers, leading to the company's growth.
In year 2013, in order to support the expansion of growth, the company moved the factory from Phase 4 to Phase 8. At that time, it was the same year that there was a major flood in the Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi. Although the situation was crisis, we used “Business Continuity Plan (BCP)” to handle the emergency situations effectively. Resulting in no impact on the company's customers, we are able to support them continuously.
In year 2015, we received good news that the parent company in Japan had been successfully developed “El-coco Foam” (Foam made from corn starch) which was an environmentally friendly product. It was a material made from plants. It is an opportunity for us to be able to offer environmentally friendly products as an alternative to customers who want to use them concerning for the green procurement.
In the year 2020 - 2021, the world situation is facing the problem of the COVID epidemic. The company had taken good measures to prevent it well. There was no impact on our production capacity. All around the world, the economy was bad situation and a very difficult time for us with the challenging for the company also.
The Covid situation occurred, the management team took this opportunity to reconsider the company's Value and Culture. To be facing with the situation that was full of changing and uncertainty rapidly. In this operation, the strategy of management had been changed to allow employees to participate more than before. By creating awareness of culture in all 5 areas, which was considered important to make employee’s awareness of the way of working in order to focus on customers. According to the company's intent to provide service that was at a level more than impressive to meet MVV (Mission, Vision and Value) of the company.
In year 2022 was the 20th anniversary of the company. For the past 20 years, the company had many customers. There were Auto Part and Electronic Part group. We are One Stop Service with the excellent design packaging, production, distribution, including transportation to customers with quality products and always excellent services based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service (Q,C,D,S) to make the most customer’s satisfaction. In the future we will not stop for developing because we have realized that what is the reason for having us in the packaging market? It's in order to help solve the problem and find solutions for product packaging in order to continue up to 100 years or more.
